The International Securities Identification Number is a 12-character alphanumeric code defined by the ISO 6166 standard as a universal way of identification of financial instruments.
ISINs are used to identify most types of financial instruments, including equity, debt, derivatives and indices.

DSB ISINs and their associated data will have no licensing restrictions on usage and distribution
Access to the DSB archive for consumption of OTC derivative ISINs and associated reference data will be available to all registered organizations and users
To the extent possible the DSB will levy fees through annual contracts that require payment in advance, in order to provide clarity in aligning fee levels with cost recovery
Access to the DSB core cost recovery services is via web based GUI or FIX API or REST API.

The UAT software version will represent the DSB’s next software release version, allowing end users to test against the DSB’s next production release. UAT has both the OTC ISIN Service and the UPI Service enabled.

An extended UAT weekend maintenance may be required for releases accompanied with a notification to be sent to users.
